Abruzzo short creative workshops and tours
I've had a base in the Chieti region of Abruzzo for nearly 10 years - I offer tailor made, short workshops and tours for visitors and residents [in English]. Below I have mentioned half day scenarios but they can be extended depending on your desires
Working en-plein air, I can suggest locations - I am based around the Atessa, Tornareccio, Lanciano areas.
I have the materials and portable supplies [inc. sewing machines & print equipment] so I am 'mobile'.

Village Drawing lesson
There's nothing more romantic than sitting in a little Italian village, taking in the sights and sounds whilst drawing from the beautiful vistas all around you.
I believe everyone can draw : with direction and encouragement you'll create artist memories to be proud of.

Silk Screen Printing
Discover a range of accessible silk screen printing techniques and create your own printed cloth to use in a variety of projects.
For instance you could design and print your own Abruzzese Tea Towel using the classic 'Presentosa' symbol as you inspiration

Quilting and Embroidery
Develop your skills with needle and thread - over time we will cover a range of quilt blocks, applique and machine embroidery.
All sewing machines and threads and materials are available, but you may wish to bring your own special fabrics to add in that personal touch.
As an example, you might like to make your own fabric mosiac, taking inspiration from the Tornareccio Mosiac Museum.
